Throughout a long career in Education in Liverpool I sustained my love of photography into the digital age and have continued professionally as a freelance photographic artist to date. I use shape, shade, light and detail to release the image I saw as I released the shutter, in black and white or colour or somewhere in between. I do not specialise but endeavour to be able to interpret photographically whatever I see, whenever and wherever that maybe.
Much of my work is created in those areas between the sea and sand, sea and sky, sky and land. The eight images here are a representative collection of the shapes and textures and activity experienced in that marginal world where an emotive landscape awaits discovery.
Printed onto aluminium dibond panels with a non reflective surface and simple hanging bracket.
